A Commissioner of Oaths is legally authorized to administer oaths, affidavits, affirmations, and declarations within or outside Ontario, as permitted by the Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act.

In order for us to certify copies of any documents, you must bring original documents. Please bring one government issued photo identification which holds your signature. All of your documents which require your signatures must be signed in front of the Commissioner of Oath.
